Australia-wide Postage and Delivery

We utilise Startrack Express for all shipping Australia wide. We utilise thier express service, meaning many parcels are overnight to most of Australia and generally only an extra day or two for regional or remote areas.

FREE Local Pickup

A free pickup option is available to Townsville residents who wish to collect their order directly from Mum and Munchkin. We are based in Kirwan, Townsville and will provide a collection address to you after payment for your order has been received. We do not offer a drop-off service.

FREE Market Collection

An option is available during checkout to collect your order from the next market or event Mum & Munchkin will be at. Please check our Upcoming Markets information on our website or Facebook page, or contact us direct, for dates and locations. Failure to collect your order at the chosen event will require you to re-organise with us another suitable collection time, or we will arrange a bill to be sent to you for postage of your order.
